These cards are thinner than Guardians and Centurions? That was pretty much the only thing that bothered me of those cards. I am so glad that Props are thinner.
The armspread is tricky because you have to flip over the spread. But the trick is to throw the spread to your left(if the spread is on your left arm).
I first saw jonas do a 360 in a video. Then I saw Kent do it in I think his second video. Then I saw the tutorial from sebastian. Then I saw Kent do both a 540 rev and a 540 rev erdnase. He took it to the(I thought then) logical extreme. And you say there is an infinite one?! That is awesome...
Displays are cool and all and I can probably pull off 9 packets rather easily. But I like to see packets move rather than a huge packet display. It's just personal prejudices. By the way, I like lethal because it opens and closes rather bad*ssly.
I don't have angle problems with the move. I've been practicing it for about 5 months now and I have it down pretty good. There are so many things you can do with this move! The only thing I have problems with is that I sometimes make some noise. But whenever I perform it, no one seems to notice.
Give the cards a squeeze before flipping them.
This lessens the amount of air that is between them and helps them stay together in the air.
It works for me.
I make a habit of smelling alot of things. Especially cards.
I love the smell of brand new cards. I wish there was an air-freshner the smell of new Bikes.
I haven't tried the Tragic Royalty Cards but here is what they look like in blacklight...
Alright.
What do you want to do?
Magic, flourishing?
I only know some d+M effects and Dan and Dave effects. (Because I got Dangerous and The Trilogy)
Here is what I would like to do:
Flourish Battle!
Rules:
*any editing
*any music
*must have at least one uncut combo
*2:00 max time
*No...
I want a challenge. Haven't done one yet.
If you want to see what I can do, I have one video that I made here.
I don't do much magic so I would like a flourish battle.
One move, uncut routine, whatever!
Let's battle!:D
Any takers?
I don't have a tripod and my roommate was unavailable today to film me.
But thanks for the feedback!
I'll come out with a real video with real angles and real lighting and real flourishes real soon.
o and some music to go with it too. ;P
The trilogy is harder. The flourishes on there take alot more practice to pull off smoothly whereas it doesn't take as long to pull off the moves on Motion. I've got all the flourishes on Motion down pretty good but I still can't get a smooth Pandora or Tectonic Verb.
