Doesn't it depend on resolution. I have a hdtv laptop screen 15 inch and a resolution of 1920 x 1200 so it's even more small than if I take a resolution of 800x600. It's just a way to say that size don't matter for magictricks hehe

Well I have the book Hiding the elephant by Steinmeyer I really like it it's about history of illusions. NOt really magic more illusions, so you have to make your choice on that, but I really like the book. It's only not with cards or so.

Spybot search & destroy is actually a program against malware, you're probably did something wrong and should try again, maybe Spybot blocked off the wrong website as I know it has a feature to disable certain things in the browsers.
