Which one do you prefer- I've read the first one and I want to see what magicians have done with the information but I can't seem to find any descriptions of some of the effects in the second one. The third one seems very intriguing but I want to see if the second one is worth it. DO you guys...

I personally like the David Williamson technique which is taught in his book Williamson's Wonders or On Demand on dan and daves website. Also, I use Jay Sankey's technique with tilting the deck at eye level with the spectators eyes which will make the move as invisible as it can be.

I would highly suggest getting Tagged by Richard Ferguson... yes it's a DVD but it isn't a "one trick pony." Tagged is a REALLY good DVD and I highly suggest it to anyone that wants to get into mind reading... it's totally worth it.

If you can, if you are experienced in more close up magic, try to get one of your friends tape you on stage and have a projector so that the rest of the audience can see what's going on. If this can't be done than I don't know what to say, having done stage magic myself... it is too much work to...

Half dollars are good to use for palming and for the visuals since they are bigger but like said before practice some tricks that can be done with quarters so that you can do some impromptu magic!
