thats my favorite one. Its found in Pure Effect im pretty sure also. Lennart Green also has a verson worth looking into.
There is an excellent varation on the top change found in The Classic Magic of Larry Jennings. Its an excellent, burnable, switch.
Joel Paschall taught me a one-handed, in-the-hands version of the MacMillan Switch that's pretty nice. It's virtually undetectable, and takes place in the spectator's hand. I suggest E-Mailing Joel if you want more information, because I honestly don't know the real name of the switch.
