You can either redwonload them because sometime they don't download all the way.

If that doesn't work, try getting quicktime, thats the player that is sued to play the one on one files.

And if that doesn't work, throw your comp off the grand canyon and scream at the top of your lung, "I WANT ICE CREAM!!!!!". Just kidding, if nothing works, send a support tick to them by clicking HERE

Try redownloading and reinstalling a new, fresh version of QuickTime Player for free directly at www.apple.com/quicktime. Often, this solves the problem right off the bat.

If reinstalling QuickTime doesn't do the trick, try using the VLC Media Player from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/. After downloading and installing VLC, try to play the video in there.

If you still have any issues after trying VLC, submit a support ticket at http://www.theory11.com/support, and the support crew will take care of you.
