2 deck effects

I will be doing a close up performance in 2 weeks, and I have to use tricks that involve 2 decks. I would like a list of any 2 deck effects you guys think I should know about. I already have Akross by Sean Fields, Election by Eric Ross, Blind by Daniel Madison, and I might use the ever popular "Do As I Do". I prefer effects that are impromptu, or at least end clean, but even if they dont, I would like to hear about it anyway.

There's a trick in the Mark Wilson Course; A spec thinks of a card, that card is found in a red deck, and shown to have a blue back. You then place that "blue" card into a blue deck, and cut the deck. Further examination shows 1 red card in the blue deck (Their chosen card).

I am sure there are many better, but that is the first that came to mind.
Good Luck!

David Regal has a lot of very impressive gaffed two deck tricks. However, on this time scale I would strongly suggest that you work on perfecting what you already know, rather than scrabbling around trying to learn new tricks. It might only take you an hour to learn how to execute a trick - maybe a week of practise to feel really competent at the trick - but it takes months or even years of performing, revising, thinking about and performing again to turn a trick into a piece of performance magic.

You probably won't have this mastered by the time you perform, but if you are interested in effects that use two decks; check out "Dead Man's Hand" by Brother John Hamman. It is one of the most magical and entertaining "gambling-themed" card tricks I could think of.

Perfectly true, but I am not only asking refrences for this upcoming performance. I am asking for future performances as well.

The most common use is some form of "Do as I do" or thought of cards in opposite backed-decks.

It'd be cool to see something new, Dead Man's Hand sounds interesting, if I did gambling demonstrations I'd look into it.

I don't have any other suggestions, I just want to know if you're creating a routine/act using 2 decks every effect or if you are just interested in such effects.

I wasnt going to post this, but now that you mention it, I do actually have an original 2 deck effect. It is somewhat based on an effect by Lennart Green(I wont go further into detail so as to preserve the underground nature of it). However, this performance I will be doing will consist of only tricks with 2 decks. (I am only a paid performer, I dont ask) I only perform my original effects to total laymen, and this party will have some other magicians there, so I will not be performing it there. So I am looking for about 5-7 tricks that at worst are easy to set up, and end generally clean. Any further suggestions?:)

Trilogy streamline and another deck for the 2 cards you need to make them pick.
Another and I could be butchering the name is pureskill or blind luck.
