A shoutout to Bryant at T11 customer service

Hey,

I know T11 is new so any and all feedback on their work is needed.

I got Digital Dissolve the other day and had a slight problem with my gimmick. I sent an e-mail in and received this back from Bryant at T11:
Your friend called us. He said you sucked and not to replace your Digital Dissolve. Just kidding. If you can just send the set of coins back to our main office to verify the defect, we will send you out a replacement on the house.

Haha, I thought that was great. He has tons of e-mails to sift through each day but still manages to personalize each one for his customers. THAT is good service. Big pat on the back to Bryant.
