A subtlety about coin bending you are welcome to use

I usually don't do metal bending as part of my mentalism, though I have in the past. But I think I will start doing more coin bends because they make a nice souvenir for the audience. I discovered something the other day though...

It is possible to bend a coin (I prefer nickels) in such a way that the bend will be a sharper bend on one side than the other. Do this by using a vice grip and bending as usual, but then rotate the coin a bit and bend again. Now you can bend the coin at a 10 degree angle, and keep the illusion going but end up with a 20 degree bend. It literally looks like the coin noticeably bent further while in your hand.

If you're going to do coin bends I highly recommend looking into both Dee Christopher and Ben Earl. For Dee - I think he covers it all in Metal. For Ben Earl you're looking for "Skin".
