Are Audio Dubs of Movie Copyright material?

Hey guys I got contacted by YouTube today saying that one of my videos is eligible to be a YouTube Partner video.

Now the thing is I used the audio from an Austin Powers film but dubbed over Dr. Evil's lines with my own. Would this violate copyright law?
