Best book for cups and balls?

I have gotten a few books, Mark wilsons complete course, now you see it, now you don't, royal road of card magic and modern coin magic.

But i was after one that focuses on the ins and outs of cups and balls, as well as some routines.

I know there are lots of DVD's and such but would prefer a book for learning.

Ammars videos are very good. As are the L&L Worlds Greatest Magic videos. Also, check out David Regal's video and Others that have great work on this include Vernon, Garcia, Colombini, Is hompson, Wonder and Bannon.
