Best card to envelope version?

I personally think the classic method taught in the Royal Road of extracting the chosen card (taught in "the backslip" section) is great. I use it in my card to wallet.
To get the card needed, I love using a card index (one of my favorite utilities ever) to cop the named card into to get it into position. Otherwise, you can use a stack, or simply look through and control the card and palm it off. In your case, it's an ACR so it shouldn't be a problem to palm off the card well ahead of time.
