Yes, i got a magicians dream. Not really, but i am allowed to have ANY 5 books about magic that i want.

Just not too much price cause i dont want my family to live in boxes in kentucky.

Sice my mom says i dont read for sh** i need ot get 5 big books.

I am a card magician looking for MODERN material. I want some books similar to smooth operations. I already have this book.

Any suggestions.

you would be better off getting 1-5 of the "Tarbell Course". A lot of modern magicians ripped things off from there.

and viola 5 amazing books, I know its not really the modern quick trick things that your looking for but theres a s*** load of tricks in the art of astonishment series. And the darwin ortiz books will make the tricks you learned from aoa even stronger.
