I've never seen any printed double face cards for bridge decks. My advice is to learn to split cards and make your own or find someone who splits cards and purchase from them. Alternatively, switch to regular sized card.

I have smaller hands and the bridge size are smaller. Fox Lake used to make gaffs that were sold in magic shops. But yes...a good option would be to just adapt to the regular poker size cards.
