Cambric Finish on Cards

I have noticed that this is a Bee finish for their casino cards (not their regular diamond back Bee cards you can get for $2).

The Wynn decks and the David Blaine Split Spades decks (on Bee stock) have this finish, that's why they're better for flourishing....cause they clump together....not so good for fanning though.

My question is, Is this finish available for Bicycle cards as well?

Since a big part of the Theory11 community is involved with flourishing, I was curious if they would consider maybe a special edition of the Guardians or some new design done on Bee stock with the Cambric finish.

My Wynns don't clump???

Sorry...clump is a bad word....I meant they stick together better than regular bikes for packet flourishes. You have to admit though, that Wynns (all colours) don't fan as well as a regular pack of bikes....that is a regular thumb fan. Since I really can't do a pressure fan properly I haven't tried it yet.

That's what I mean by clumping.

All wynn's clump just like all casino/plastic cards clump, it doesn't particularly make them better for cardistry though.

Hmm....must be an american thing, because in Canada, nowhere does it mention Cambric finish on Bee cards or on the box.

Could somone post a pic of the american box (showing Cambric Finish)....

thanks.

Normal Bees do have a Cambric finish, at least in America. Check the bottom of the box next to the barcode. It should say Bee, Poker 92, Cambric Finish...

Got this from DangerD205/Damian from some forum

Bee Playing cards: Cambric Finish.
Cambric is a cotton like material that can also be found
in very expensive bed-sheets. Cambric is actually a "Woven" cotton.
If you notice the design in Bee playing cards,
it is a Woven design. This is because of the Cambric finish.
I am not saying that Bee's are made of cotton,
I am saying it uses the material, and is woven the same way.
This is why ( if you notice ) Bee's seem to be soft when shuffling.
Cambric allows cards to be bent more, without giving to much-
damage to the cards. The Cambric in my opinion seems
to absorb alot pressure on the cards,
to make for a better shuffle.
