It's considered a classic of card magic, and it's written by Bill Simon - so yes, regardless of skill level, it's one of the things you should have in your library. Plus as with similar Dover reprints (The Art of Magic, Card Manipulations, etc.) it's very cheap. Good value for a solid text and a great author.
