Close-Up and Personal by David Regal

I am going to buy this book, but was wondering a few things.
Is this site a good place to purchase from http://trickshopmagic.com/closeupan.html?
Also, it teaches some of his gaffed effects like Pure Filth, and Paperboard Massacre. Where can I get just the gaffs to these tricks?
And last, If anyone has this book, could you tell me some of the good effects or ones you liked, and what it would look like in performance?
