Counter Weight

I was just wondering does anyone have Mathieu Bich's counter weight? If so how hard is the gimmick to bring in, and take out of play?
Like say I was performing an effect such as ACR or collectors edition, how hard would it be for me to say something like, "now ill demonstrate perfect balance" , or something less cheesy D) and balance the deck on my finger?
