As far as i know it is called Curly-Q <---, and another note, it is not the description, it is just that it is hard as well. basicly it is just a one hand lepaul spread, and keep the card from flying off the hand.

Not exactly pretty, or worth while. But if you really want to learn it Jeff Mcbride's Art of Card Manipulation has it in Volume 3. Get the Lepaul Spread down first and experiment with different positionings for the thumb.
Jd_the_Ac has it performed in his latest flourishing video in YouTube, I would post up a link but I don't like to post up videos that are not mine and without permission. Just search for it.
i have tried also its a really hard move the only person i have heard can do it is jordan lapping

Probably the best reason I can think of , is that many flourishers would NOT like to see their videos posted on theory 11.
Uhhh my reason is right there... I just don't like it.... I wouldn't like it if some random guy posted up my video in some forum without my permission.
ah........you wouldnt want people enjoying your video or becoming impressed and learning what they ned to work on
