David Regal Sudden Deck 3 Help

I recently purchased sudden deck 3 by David Regal twice, and both times the DVD has said "This operation cannot be performed" and will not play the disk. I know it's the DVD because other DVDs work. I'm getting a new one shipped in a few days but I have a show coming up and I want to practice as much as I can before. Can anyone tell me how it works or send a link for the explanation? Thanks.
