Distortion by Wayne Houchin

I just got Distortion by Wayne Houchin and it really is awesome, one of the best and most visual tricks ever. Nevertheless i'm afraid that i might get caught because i think the thread or whatever that is some times flashes (especially under bright light) so i wanted to ask.. Is there something wrong with my gimmick? Or do i just have to keep some distance?

Keep it moving.

if you work with loops or any other type of invisible thread, then you can use this technique, too. Lean over and cast shadow over the card. Keep the card moving, but keep moving slowly not going lightning speed. Extent your arm as far as possible away from the eye and proceed the transfromation.

Jay - send me a PM. I do Distortion every night when I perform for my dinner show so I can give you quite a few useful nuiances. It does have 1 or 2 limitations and we can talk about that.

It's a great piece of magic, especially if you set it up on the tail end of something else. It is one of my top 3 pieces of magic to do.
