Distortion: Is it still possible to get just the gimmick?

I bought Distortion when it first came out, and I'd like to get another gimmick (or two) for different back color and back ups.

I know it was offered to get one if you can prove you bought the DVD (which I can, I still have my invoice), but I'd like to know if the offer is still there and if I can buy more than one?
