Yes. Replacement Panic gimmicks are available, for $7.95, by submitting a support ticket and providing the order number of your Panic DVD purchase.

Where is the order ID number?

The order number is on your receipt, and should be in your account history. However, if you do not have it, I'm sure the guys and gals over at customer service can look it up.

It's the five-digit number that is provided in the order confirmation email.
