The DMB Spread Control was one of the first card sleights I came up with nearly two decades ago. At the time I was studying the works of Ed Marlo, Frank Simon and Ernest Earick who all had work on this type of card control. After several years of practice I somehow managed to take inspiration from these card men to devise the 'DMB Spread Control'. At the time it seemed like the perfect solution. In essence it was a mechanical way to perform the antiquated convincer. I've been using it ever since!
Then Franco comes along and completely rethinks the mechanics. The same concept is used however the movement is cut in half which allows for the control to be performed much slower. The end result is perfect. I was fooled.
