I am only aware of Greg Wilson's resources on the move.

I'm curious as to the history of it because it looks like a double taught in Expert card Technique and I have also heard a similar move called the Jennings Turnover.

I have watched Martin Nash's DVD's and he covers his knock-out double lift very briefly.. I believe Jason England also teaches the lift in his video on the double lifts... However, I still think your best bet is to get the Martin Nash Trilogy(Any Second Now, Ever so Sleightly, Sleight Unseen) . I am looking to get my hands on them myself although they are expensive.

The move is covered briefly in the first part of the DVD "The very best of Martin A. Nash, Volume 1" at 37min:33sec.
