I'm working on a trick and was wondering if anyone knew where I might uncover any coin bending tricks or coin-breaking tricks.

There are tons of coin bending/breaking trick. Here are a few -- Coin Bite, Superman Coin Bend, Slam Coin Merge, and Coin Puncture. You can also check this list of coin tricks, which include bending and breaking effects.
