I think they are, but if you buy the dvd and the extra set of tattoos then you get and extra pck free. In total it would probaby be around 60

Ok np. Holiday promotion is kinda terrible lol, but that's just me.

No matter how great these tattoos are I'm not interested in paying 60 for it.
