guys if i apply fanning powder on plastic playing cards will i be able to fan them?
i am talking about typical plastic playing cards not prestige deck i am talking about the kind of decks that sir jerry cestkowski mentioned in his book and tells us that they can't be fanned so with fanning powder will they be able to fan?
