uhm...i live in the philippines and magic here is still sparse...hmmm...well i have read that fanning powder makes fanning(duh) easier...uhm is it reallyeffective?i've looked up in the shops here, they don't have fanning powder, so i figured, do you guys here know any other alternatives for fanning powder???and ordering online is not an option coz its really expensive to have it shipped here in the opposite side of the globe from America...help will pretty much be appreciated
