Emerson and West's 'Color Monte', while the cards you get with this trick are modified for the effect, there is no actual gimmick that helps you along, it's pure sleight of hand.
I do it impromptu with regular printed cards by using an Ace of Diamonds, Ace of Spades (the money card) and one of the Jokers, I have to change the patter a little at the end, but the effect is the same.
It's quick, simple and laypeople love it.
