I bought an old lighter from a Las Vegas casino at a silent auction once. It was designed to look like a little pack of cards with an ace of spades on top. You push the ace of spades over and it would form a four card spread of the aces and the lighter on top would ignite.

However, everyone was playing with the lighter during the auction. By the time I won it, it ran out of fluid like two flicks later. I tried to refill it. It had these super tiny screws. The thing came apart and I started losing the screws. Never did find them all.
