That W.E.R.M was...choppy. It's supposed to look fluid, and always be moving 
The rest was really nice, the only thing I would say is: That little corner, on the bottom, you could have Chroma Key'd so as to make the entire background black.
Just because it was a little grey spot, it drew my eyes towards it!
