So I was invited to a party a few weeks ago. Although I did not do anything myself, there were many people who we will say were "under the influence". So I took the opportunity to do some magic for these people and for the most part, they loved it. Eventually, one girl walks up to me and says "Oh I know a trick" so I hand her my deck. Here's the exchange that occured:
*she spreads out the cards*
"Pick a card any card!"
*I take a card*
"Pick a card any card!"
*I take a second card*
"Pick a card any card!"
*I take a third card*
"Pick a card any card!"
*I take a fourth card*
"Alright give them to me"
*She attempts to do a one handed fan with the four cards*
"woah that was cool*
*She places the four cards in the middle of the deck*
"There are 52 cards in a deck"
*hands me the deck and walks away*
I gotta say. This fooled the hell out of me. Anyone know the name of this trick? Four card monte maybe?
