Hey guys,

Lately, I've been looking at different options for wireless headsets to use for large crowds.
I'm not looking for any amplifier now just a headset or some kind of hands free device

If you know where i can start looking then please help me

Thanks

Do you mean just the mic? Do you already have a PA?

What size crowds. and where? Indoor? Outdoor? Is AC available, or does it need to be battery powered? How long do you need the battery life to be? How many channels?

Can you give us anything more to work with?

You could check at any decent music store - they generally have headset mics with transmitters. Or check out the "tools of the trade" forum at performers.net

Sorry about that

What Im looking for is headset mic that is wireless.

it would probably be for crowds of just 200 or so indoors

Battery powered is fine as long as it gives me about 5 or 6 hours to work with

Does that help?

Happy Amp. 2.0 is very good for the cost. I use it all of the time and love it. You get a few different set ups and can order a hand held mic extra if you want it. It can be AC powered or battery charged for about 4 hours.

I've used it for outdoor picnics, smaller stage shows, birthday parties, and in gymnasiums. Worked perfect!

Now, is it the equivalent of going out and spending $500-$1000 on professional sound equipment....no...but for the low cost money it is hard to beat.
