HELLLLPPPPP No video in my account After Purchase

  1. I just Purchased Kodak opener from alix becle, and when I clicked the link I got from T11 via Gmail to watch the video nothing shows up in my account. Is it an unsupported Format? Or an error or do I have to wait for something to process. This is my first time ordering a digital video, any help plsssss.

    It looks like you have 2 accounts under different email addresses, so that might be cause for some confusion. Christen just sent you an email with further information and instructions.
