Exactly. On the one of the barcode cards, where it says Tech Art on it, I think it says May 2005. Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't have the box right in front of me.

Wynn Rarity

The Wynn decks are rare because they aren't made anymore ever since the USPCC started making there cards so now there won't be anymore cards like that

I honestly don't understand it. Why is it that people say Wynns are not being made when

1. Theory11 magically came by a huge load of them. (I honestly don't care what they say, no average joe can go up to the clerk in the front and say "Hi. I would like to purchase the few thousand Wynn decks you have lying around so I can resell them on my magic site.") If there were any left, they would've been taken by now.

2. This site is selling them in red and blue and saying they haven't been canceled. If this website is selling them and claiming they are not in limited quantity. I think that pretty much proves it. They are indeed still being made.

http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/3336 -red wynns

http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/3337
- blue wynns

They also aren't jumbo index like they are here. It says they are normal index. It also clearly states

"THESE CARDS ARE NOT USED AND HAVE NOT BEEN "CANCELLED""

Anyway, it is possible I am wrong and Theory 11 really did get the last supply of them and these wynns are fakes. Who knows. I'm just saying my opinion and I think it's all just a marketing technique. However, I still like the fact Theory 11 is selling them at a normal price. 5 bucks a deck is cheaper than most Ellusionist decks and those arent rare at all.

So... thank you Theory 11 if these really are the last of the Wynns
if not... well a lot of people caught onto your scheme.

This may clarify some things:
Dana Hocking said:
We purchased the remaining brown Wynn decks from the USPCC warehouse in bulk. There aren't millions for sale. ... When these decks run out, there are no more. ... The blue and red Wynn decks are still readily available. There are exponentially more of them in the world than the brown Wynns. The only place to get the uncanceled brown ones (unless you're a big fan of $20 decks on eBay) is here. ... Theory11 has the exclusive on the brown Wynn decks. The red and blue Wynn decks have been and will continue to be sold by many retailers online as they are not the same in either feel, finish, or rarity. Kenner obviously did not buy all of the red and blue Wynn decks as there are still tens of thousands of them in existence.
Steve (Simmons) sold a Brown Wynn Deck, which he bought here, exclusively, for $4.95, on eBay for $56.00 -- that's rare enough for me. ;)

Wow Jack. I'm not gonna lie, but you pretty much destroyed me there. Hmmm... this makes me rethink my last post. I guess I got nothing. I was wrong. I apologize to the Theory 11 crew.

It's always good to question things. I ask why all the time: "Clean up your room? ... Why?" I also ask questions in school -- I believe it's called participation: "1+1=2 ... Why?" Asking questions is cool -- not a problem at all. :)
