How to do a faro cascade with an old deck of cards?

Hello readers!

I really love the faro cascade flourish, it just looks beautiful. What I've noticed, though, is that old decks of cards can't cascade (sometimes it can, but it's really hard), it just falls down in one huge chunk instead of one-by-one even with a perfect faro. And I don't want to grab one of my new decks just to do a cascade.

You can faro and cascade with old decks, but won't flow uniformly. Your cards need to be dry, but old cards get stickly pretty fast.

I advise you carry 2 decks with you: a new and an old (aka poop deck). Practice with the old, perform with the new, faro and cascade with the new.
