Humidity and Card Care

I live in Florida. Although it has been known as "the afterlife's waiting room", it isn't half bad, for three months of the year. In these three months it is nice, cool, dry and sunny. Sadly, the other nine months are terrible for doing magic (though the beach is always an upside).

Florida's humidity is roughly 200% in the summer. I usually go through eight performance decks a month as the cards warp BADLY, becomes easily stuck together, and many other highly unpleasant things which I rather not mention...

Anywho, does any person have any tips for remedying the destruction of innocent cards and save me mounds of money?

Note: I am fully aware that Florida may have nothing to do with it and that it is in fact partly, if not all, Dana's fault. But let's just assume that it's the weather/climate :)

put a silica gel beside your cards, it absorbs moisture, it can be found in the box of brand new shoes and medicine bottle
