I ingested the vapr smoke and breathed it back out and it felt weird. Am I okay and should i get medical help.

Basically VAPR and most of the smoke devices on the market currently use an oil that's mostly vegetable glycerin. So it's probably totally fine, though I wouldn't recommend breathing it super frequently as anything that's not air will have a chance of having an effect on your health.

Continuing on this, I have asthma, so should I use VAPR? I believe its not actual smoke, correct? If it is actual smoke, is there any alternative?
