I would like to order from Theory 11 but I do not have a cred card. Usually, I can order from other sites such as Penguin or MJM by making an order form outlining what I want and the cost of shipping and getting an US money order (I don't live in the US)from my bank and mailing it to the company's address. Can I do this with T11, and if so, what is the procedure? Thanks.
