Never heard of them, nor any of their testimonial's names. Looking at their blog, they know very little about magic. Most likely this is just stuff they found online repackaged.
There is no short cut for mentalism. The best you can hope to do is focus your attentions on specific skills. Pick up Bob Cassidy's Fundamentals, and Practical Mental Magic by Annemann, and start studying.
