Is this a rare deck?

I was wondering if this deck is a truly rare deck..since someone is offering the chance to buy it...now I am not a huge fan of collecting decks (and I don´t want comments arguing about if it´s good collecting decks or if only are pieces of paper) but this one intrigues me...since it´s been offered by a deck store here...and I really don´t know a lot about rare decks...

Anyone knows something about it...any help is appreciated it...

The weird thing about this is they are not like "white centurions" rare however they are very good cards and there actually fairly rare, if you happen to have the white version as well the pair would be worth alot more then just two of the black deck's.
