Does anyone have a copy of Sonata by Juan Tamariz (English, preferably hardcover) that they’re willing to sell?

Alternatively, does anyone know where I can find a copy?

Sonata is hard to find. I had heard that it will be republished around the same time as the English release of Tamariz’s Magic Rainbow.
