Linking Lifesaver's?

Hello, im looking into purchasing the original Linking Lifesaver's by Colin Gilbert. I'm curious if anyone knows if the one sold at Hank Lee's is the original? here's the link
linking lifesavers and if not another place that might sell it. Thanks in advance for the help

Im sorry I have no idea but does it really matter?
Unless the non original one is actually some crappy China sweat shop version, then it should work the same...
I remember Penguin selling it for quite a while. That was the first and only place I have seen it.

I bought mine from a local magic store 4 years back when I was still an amateur. Doubt its the original, but still works fine... so yeah..

the penguin version as far as i know is an Un-authorized version that has continued to be sold despite the creator's protest and is produced by Magic Makers. Id rather not support that

I bought the knockoff version at a magic shop, but from what I've heard the original Linking Lifesavers gimmick is actually harder to use due to an extra something it has (which wasn't made very well either from what I recall). I haven't handled the original one personally, but I remember seeing a couple threads on the cafe that said so.
