Hey guys, how's life? I want to get some new magic and I really want to look into some good magic books. Two that I'm currently looking at are
Card Fictions by Pit Hartling

and

D Notes by Howard Hamburg

Can you guys tell me anything about these books or the concepts in them? Also can you recommend me some other literature to look at? Besides the big ones like Royal Road to Card Magic and Expert at the Card Table.

I am sorry, I don't anything about those but, you could Download "What to Read" by Jason England. It is a 1-on-1 and it is free!

I don't own either of those books but I hear both are excellent reads, I also second download Jason England's "What to Read" if your interested in studying books.
