Magic related New Years resolutions

I have a few goals:
- successfully perform a strolling set and a magic show at a children's hospital in a weekly basis.
- enter this years annual holiday contest (I already have an idea, it's just going to take me about a year to get it all down)

Its a cardistry related one but I'm going to learn and perfect the eight original flourishes on the Directors cut dvd by tobias and oliver and make a cardistry edit/performace video showcasing them all 
Mine is similar to Mrhurley's. I want to get hired to have a weekly parlour gig at a hotel. I'm writing a blog and documenting my progress.
First step: Create set show. (Where I am now)
Second step: Busk my set show. (ETA spring... aka march 21 or earlier)
Optional step: Get a few college gigs.
Third Step: Get the hotel gig.
