Hello fellow forum members,
I am seeking a trick that I saw in a live performance and a couple times on youtube.
The effect is that two people are blindfolded and are seated about 5 feet away from each other. The magician instructs them to raise their hand if they feel someone touch their shoulders.
The magician touches the shoulder of one of the blindfolded people, but the OTHER person feels it and raises their hand.
I am interested to know the name of the effect and where I can find it.
Thanks

It's called a PK Touch routine. Tons of magicians and mentalists have different methods and techniques for it. I don't do the routine so I can't really recommend any specific ones as I don't have any experience with them. I've had success doing a simple version of the routine though.

There are a couple of different takes on this effect: Banachek's Pychokinetic ("PK") Touches, Lior Mannor's Invisible Touches, Luke Jermay's Touching on Hoy, Daniel Garcia's Hair, Peter Turner's Midas Touch and more. My favorite is Walt Alexander's Lettie's Feather.
