Monarch’s Mandarin problems

Hi,
When TXI launches the mandarin monarch’s, I immediately bought one of them. The problem is that when I rapidly looked through the cards, I found a badly cut card. I’d like to know how I can resend it to you and if this is enough for replacement.

No good! Miscut cards happen occasionally despite our best efforts to catch things like this before we package the decks. No worries! Our support team can help you out with that. Head to https://www.theory11.com/support and let them know the issue. You can link them to this thread so they can see the photos you posted. They will take care of this for you.

The forums are a place for discussion with other theory11 members and some of our staff lurk around (like me, just now), but our staff members aren't reading every message. If you ever have need of talking to one of our staff members directly, for example in regards to one of your orders, the support section is the best way to go! Our support team typically responds within one business day to those messages.

I also acquired the Mandarin Monarchs too, and found out that the cuts are not centered, but not as bad as you got
Will these get a replacement too?

BTW thanks Lyle for the email reply a few weeks back. Got the Citizen Wood Box Set replacement, and it really is spectacular in person. Again thanks for the quick replies by you and others in getting it replaced.
