Okay so there's this trick I've known about for awhile but can't seem to find it's original name or source. I'm like 75% sure it's a Derek Dingle thing but I'm not positive.
Anyway, the effect is that the magician removes the Ace through 10 of two different suits (spades and hearts in this example) and puts the spade packet in a wine glass in plain view of the audience. A spectator then shuffles the heart packet and one card is reversed, creating a unique order with a single reversed card. The heart packet is then placed in a separate wine glass in this order. After a handkerchief is passed over the spades packet, the order of the spades matches the order of the hearts including the reversed card.
Obviously, I'm not asking for a method, just the name of this trick and it's source. Like I said, I think it's a variation on a Derek Dingle effect but I'm not positive.
