Need your opinion

Recently I have changed my website. This is the new look www.tomomagija.lt . The English version - http://www.tomomagija.lt/en/

It is not finished yet and I need your opinions about it: what needs to be improved and what has to be thrashed. This would mean a lot to me.

I think everything looks pretty darn good except it seems odd that you have 3 videos to look at right there on the front screen / home page.

It seems too cluttered with that many videos to look at. You have a Testimonial link but your testimonial videos are right there on the front home page as well. Just my two cents.

You have a ton of VERY nice pictures included. Wow..those are some great shots of you out working in high client events. Nice!
