The only thing you could do, if you want submit it to the Wire, you could submit it to the Wire and see if it gets rejected.

You should study magic and see if the method is already published. Also - contact people who know about PK stuff. First step from here I would say see if you can get ahold of Dee Christopher.

Universal law of levitation is "an object levitating is supported from where it is not visible" so that way every levitation is broadly based on same principle. However, your levitation looks pretty original. However, I would suggest that you wait till you have a better camera or ask a friend to get one.

It would be a shame for a nice creative trick gets rejected for bad video quality.
